Who is organising the raffle?
The BIG Christmas Raffle 2026 is being organised by Companions Albir, a registered Association with the Valencian Government.
Companions is a volunteer-run organisation, and the Association's management team is formally registered with the Valencian Government as responsible for its operation. The Companions Club Albir is not taking any profit from the BIG Christmas Raffle.
How is my payment processed?
When you choose to pay online:
Your ticket information is collected through Tally.
When you reach the payment stage, you are transferred to Stripe's secure payment system.
Your credit or debit card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment system.
Companions and Tally do not receive or store your full card details. Nor do Companions make a charge for handling the online payments.
This means that your card information is handled by Stripe rather than by the raffle organisers.
Stripe is a major international payment services provider used by businesses and organisations around the world to process online payments securely.
Is the raffle itself transparent?
Absolutely.
The BIG Christmas Raffle is being run on a transparent, not-for-profit basis in support of the Alfaz Food Bank.
The raffle's accounts may be inspected in Albir by anyone who gives 7 days' notice by email to:

The final accounts for the BIG Christmas Raffle 2026 will be available for inspection by 15 March 2027, and a summary will also be published here on our website.
Can I trust the payment link?
We understand that following a payment link can sometimes make people cautious — particularly when buying online.
That is why we have taken every reasonable step to make the process safe and transparent. Your payment is handled by Stripe, not by Companions, and your card details are not held by us or by Tally.
We want you to feel completely confident that when you buy your BIG Christmas Raffle tickets or event tickets, your money and your personal information are being handled securely.
